How will I know that my order is placed successfully?
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email and WhatsApp message with your order details, including your order ID. Once your order is shipped, you’ll get another update from our delivery partner so you can track it easily. Just sit back and get excited for your Mivaa package!
How do I receive my order?
We’ve teamed up with reliable courier partners to ensure your Mivaa order is delivered straight to your doorstep within 5–12 business days, depending on your location. Each order is carefully packed to make sure your items arrive safe and sound.
I tried placing my order using my debit/credit card or net banking. The order failed but my money got deducted. What should I do?
First, double-check your bank account to see if the amount was actually debited. If it was, don’t worry—most banks automatically reverse failed transactions within 10 business days.
