Mivaa’s Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

At Mivaa’s, your satisfaction matters. Here's everything you need to know about how we handle returns, exchanges, and order cancellations.

Return Policy

Return Window:
Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery (excluding sale or promotional periods).

Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene Policy):
For hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned:

  • Caps, Hats, Masks

  • Boxers, Shorts

  • Crop Tops, Tank Tops, Bodysuits, Baby Tees

  • Stationery items like Stickers

Return Conditions:
Items must be:

  • In original condition

  • Unwashed, unused, and unworn

  • With all original tags and packaging intact

Return Refusals:
We reserve the right to reject a return if:

  • The product shows signs of wear, wash, or damage

  • The product was not returned in its original condition

  • Items appear altered or tampered with

Defective or Incorrect Product:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, email us at support@mivaas.com with:

  • Unboxing video and product images

  • Order ID and brief description of the issue

Our Customer Experience Team will review and respond within 48 hours.

Return Fees & Refunds

  • A ₹100 reverse pickup fee will be deducted per return request (not per item).

  • Shipping charges (on COD & prepaid orders) are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are issued as Mivaa’s Store Credit (Gift Card) via email. This credit can be used on any future purchases at mivaas.com.

Exchange Policy

Exchange Window:
Exchanges are allowed within 15 days from delivery (excluding sale periods).

Exchange Fee:
A ₹100 reverse pickup fee applies for exchanges on COD orders.

Price Difference Handling:

  • If the new product is higher in value, the difference must be paid online.

  • If the new product is lower in value, the balance will be issued as Mivaa’s Store Credit.

Non-Exchangeable Items:
The following items cannot be exchanged:

  • Baby Tees, Tank Tops, Crop Tops, Bodysuits

  • Caps, Hats, Masks, Boxers, Shorts

  • Items bought during Flash Sales, Clearance, or Sale Events

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Initiate the request via our Website or App.

  2. Our Customer Experience Team will respond and confirm within 48 hours.

  3. Reverse pickup will be arranged upon approval.

  4. Product must be packed as originally delivered.

  5. Refund will be issued to your Mivaa’s Gift Card once the item passes quality check.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

  • Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.

Product Guarantee – 3-Month Coverage

We offer a 3-month quality guarantee (up to 50 washes) on select premium items.

Covered Defects:

  • Loose stitching or seams

  • Fabric discoloration or fading

  • Uneven dye application

  • Excessive pilling or fuzzing

  • Misaligned/missing embellishments

  • Tearing/fraying along edges

  • Excessive creasing or wrinkling

  • Any manufacturing defect affecting look or function

Not Covered:

  • Improper washing or care

  • Damage due to misuse, alteration, or environmental exposure

  • Normal wear & tear

  • Failure to follow care instructions

  • Peach Pink & Charcoal Wide-Leg Pants

  • Dark Grey Melange Pants

  • Periwinkle Wide-Leg Pants
